Optimizing the Interview Process (VILT)
Purpose: This concept VILT was designed to improve the hiring outcomes for the company's technical team by equipping HR interviewers with comprehensive and engaging training. The purpose of this training is to teach HR interviewers strategies for optimizing the interviewing process by minimizing time wastage and developing their interviewer skills enabling them to attract and select the best candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Audience: HR interviewers partnering with hiring managers to interview potential employees.
